Summary: 99.9% Chance of buying this AGAIN! 2008-11-09
Comment: Wow a very cool gadget. It was a little confusing setting up, but customer service was GREAT & got me going. I loved this unit so much I bought the backlit version too. You can update the info at their website, then your device is in sync with it. I'd recommend La Crosse Technology or WX Direct products.

Summary: Great Product 2008-10-19
Comment: The weather direct weather station was easy to set up, the instuctions were easy to follow. If I could change one thing about the weather station it would be how it displays the outdoor temperature. The outdoor temperature scrolls on the bottom of the screen, along with a written description of the weather report, and the name of the city the forcast is for. I don't like that you have to wait for the outdoor temperature to show up. I would rather it was available on the display all of the time. So far, the weather reports have been quite accurate. Some of the "expandable" features that it lists in the product description are available only if you pay for a subscription. For example, you have to pay if you want to view forcasts for more than one location or want severe weather alerts. If you are only wanting to see the forecast for one location its not a problem. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product.
