Product Description
The Westport tide clock is crafted of high quality polished brass and finished with a protective lacquer coating. Features a second hand to ensure proper movement, plus a tide indicator hand, which is calibrated to the Atlantic lunar tide cycle but can work for other tidal bodies of water but will need to be reset more frequently. Each instrument is provided with complete instructions, mounting hardware, lifetime warranty, and a fresh battery as required. Dial: 4-3/4", Depth: 5-7/8", Base: 1-1/2"

Summary: useful and reliable 2007-04-15
Comment: My girlfriend lives by a very rocky beach, and for her to enjoy walking daily, it's imperitive to know the tide. I bought this for her for Christmas a few years ago, mounted it on a piece of mahogany, and it is the most useful gift I've given her. It's reliable and accurate, and I would recommend this item to any boaters as well as beach combers.
