Summary: Inexpensive, Works Good, Powerful, Loud, 2007-06-18
Comment: I like this snow blower very much. I live in ski country, Colorado and have a reasonably long driveway.
I'm very happy with the overall power of this unit and it's throwing capability. I like the joystick style shute adjuster and would highly recommend it over the old fashioned crank and worm gear approach to aiming the shute.
I also like that the manufacturer is well set up with maintenance manuals on-line and the ability to purchase parts on-line as well.
Dislikes? The engine is a low tech classic that sounds like your dad's old lawnmower from the sixties. all the controls (stop, go, blow etc) are managed with levers that pull wires etc so expect to need to do physical adjustments on these as time goes by. Also, for some reason the engine cannot pick up gas from the gas tank after it's level is about half full. Annoying.
I would buy this product again.
