Summary: Great consistency, good flavor. 2008-07-31
Comment: This is a very good Lasagna Noodle. As you know, consistency varies from brand to brand, requiring different cook times, preparation order, etc. This varies from product to product and indeed varies with the same product month to month. I have found the preparation of these noodles to be quite consistant. The flavor is great. It is an absolute standby in our house. Shipping here is great as is the packaging.

Comment: I picked this up at my favorite health food store in Athens, Ohio over the holidays and made some fabulous lasagna with my 6 year old niece. The noodles were easy to use and so delicious!
