California port wine cherries are mixed with the highest quality cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, sugar and custom blended cherry vanilla flavoring. For our 10 inch cheesecakes the smooth and extra creamy batter is placed into pans lined with our special cookie dough crust and for our 8 inch cheesecakes the batter is poured into pans dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Cakes are baked to perfection, deep-frozen and shipped directly to you. Cakes will remain fresh for five days in the refrigerator or refrozen and held in a freezer for up to 6 months.
