Hain Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 cloves Garlic, minced1/4 C. sliced Green Onions3 large Tomatoes, peeled & diced2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil1/4 tsp. coarse-ground Black PepperParmesan Cheese as desiredPrepare Angel Hair according to package directions. Drain. In a large skillet heat oil, Stir Fry garlic and green onions one minute (do not brown). Add tomatoes, basil and pepper, sitr and cook 2 minutes, Toss tomato sauce with hot cooked Angel Hair. Serve on a warm platter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 6 servings.
