The small company called Anko is located in the fertile Ebro River valley in the Navarra region of northern Spain. They make their soups from all natural ingredients with no preservatives and jar them in beautiful glass bottles with rustic paper wraps and labels. Their delicious asparagus cream soup is simply made with white asparagus, vegetable stock, milk, flour and spices. It is a pure, clean start to a meal or perfect for a light lunch.
