Fini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a highly aromatic vinegar, with a sweetly mellow flavor and a pleasant smell. It comes from a sapient mixture of different types of vinegar and particularly sweet grapes musts. The mixture is then left to mature in barrels made from different kinds of wood. Summary: Excellent Vinegar 2008-04-20
Comment: This Balsamic is perfect for bread dipping and salad dressings. It has a slight sweet taste, not bitter like some Balsamics on the market. For the price it competes with some of the vinegars at double the price. Highly recommend it!
