Summary: OMG this is good! 2008-01-31
Comment: I just discovered the joys of grapesed oil, and I am awestricken by it! It's healthier than olive oil, and may actually help lower cholesterol levels. Amazing! Plus, it tastes delicious. I have used it to drizzle over cooked pasta, with garlic and tomatoes: wow! It also has a very high smoke point, so it is good for sautes as a hot base for sauces. Anywhere you'd use Olive oil, I'd substitute grapeseed, especilally this variety with infused garlic. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Highly recommended!
