Comment: Baxters make a very smooth and creamy vichyssoise. Be sure it is
chilled, and snip some fresh chives over it, then sprinkle with pepper.
A great soup for summer, with a few small side dishes, it makes a meal.
My husband and I love it, and were surprised at how fast the shipping was from ordering on the web.
