Heirloom blueberries are picked at the peak of ripeness and cooked with pure cane sugar to create deliciously sweet blueberry preserves. We make our preserves in small batches to ensure the taste and texture is just right. Nothing is added to our preserves that isnŐt all-natural (depending on the batch, we may add a touch of lemon juice to cut the sweetness - it will say on the label). By cooking small batches, we create preserves that can be eaten straight out of the jar, heated and poured over ice cream, waffles, or pancakes. For easy home-made baked goods, add the preserves to the batter of your favorite recipe just prior to baking, for fresh home made blueberry muffins or scones, blueberry cake, or blueberry biscuits.
