Customer Rating: Summary: A wonderful way to perk up the grill!! 2008-01-12 Comment: I have tried numerous different rubs, marinades and flavor enhancers to enhance beef and bison for several years. Of all the salts, seasonings and add-ons that are out there, I find myself returning to the Mannheim Steamroller Bry over and over.
These sprays can be used to soak meat or spray-on before/after they are being cooked. They add a wonderful "blast" of flavor to all varieties of meats. I don't really care for Cajun spices so I tend not to use that as much as the Original and Mesquite but this is a personal preference.
I would highly recommend spraying Bry on a burger right before the first flip and then a blast right before you take it off the grill. This will produce some of the best burgers you have had for a long time!
