Product Ingredients
- Ingredients: Potato starch, vegetable margarine (vegetable fat and non hydrogenated palm oil and sunflower, water, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Acidity regulator: lemon juice), eggs, rice flour, water, sugar, yeast, glycerol, rice starch, thickeners (guar flour, xanthan gum), salt, preservative (calcium propionate), emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin).
Product Description
Gluten and dairy free croissants packed by 4 in sachet. Each croissant is around 3 Oz. You can now have a continetal breakfast gluten free. Our croissants are suitable for gluten and dairy free diets.
Before using reheat the croissants.
It is produced in a workshop with non entry of peanut, celery, crustaceans, nuts, lupine, mustard, fish, sesame, soy, lactose, sulphite. Risk of possible egg, soy, peanut, nuts, lupine traces
The croissants are packed under a protective atmosphere that gave them a shelf life of 5 month. You can also frozen them.

Comment: I can't say enough good things about this product and company. I loved the croissants and biscuits, and can't wait to try their other products (assuming they'll be in stock again at some point).
I had some shipping problems with UPS (not at all the fault of the company), and the "I Can Eat It" representatives were wonderful in ensuring that I got the products that I wanted, and after trying them, I can say they were well worth the wait.

Comment: Smells like croissant, tastes like croissant, feels like croissant. I think only other people with celiac disease or gluten problems can understand just how amazing it is to be able to have a food like this after being depriced for years. Really spectacular.

Comment: I was very pleased with the Croissant, they are delicious. I was not pleased that I was not given the free shipping clearly stated on the Croissant Website for orders over $25.00. Mine was $38.00. The Croissants are gone now and will probably reorder someday but kind of expensive without free shipping.

Comment: Those croissants are great: they have a wonderful buttery taste and it is amazing that they are gluten free. We like ours toasted. They are perfect with jam in the morning or to make a croissandwich for lunch. A great item that I highly recommend.
