Product Description
The French Arcadians from 1785 eventually became known as Cajuns with their recipes representing French & Southern food. A dark roux and the holy trinity of chopped green peppers, onions, & celery form the basis of this exciting flavorful cuisine. Boule is French for ball. We start this culinary creation with a classic Sourdough Boule from our Parisian line. Our European style country sourdough boule has a distinctive sourdough taste. The delicious crust is thick and chewy while the interior texture is moist and soft. Just bake for 8 to 10 minutes, slice off a small top section, and scoop out part of the bread. Then fill with our Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. The emphasis on this thick stew like dish is hearty chunks of smoked andouille sausage, moist chicken, tomatoes, okra, and onions all flavored with sassafras. A delicious meal and a fun presentation. Now top off your Cajun delight with our Mocha Almond Fudge Bake Your Own Cookies. Fill your kitchen with the aroma of fresh baked cookies. There is definitely magic created between our rich mocha fudge and crunchy almonds. Bon appetit - T. Alexander, GourmetStation Culinary Host
