Product Ingredients
- Ingredients: Potato starch, vegetable margarine (vegetable fat and non hydrogenated palm oil and sunflower, water, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Acidity regulator: lemon juice), eggs, chocolate 11% (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter), rice flour, water, sugar, yeast, glycerol, rice starch, thickeners (guar flour, xanthan gum), salt, preservative (calcium propionate), emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin).

Gluten and Dairy free chocolate croissants packed by 4 in sachet. Each croissant is 3 Oz. You can now have a continetal breakfast gluten free. Our croissants are suitable for gluten and wheat free diets.
Before using reheat the croissants.
It is produced in a workshop with non entry of peanut, celery, crustaceans, nuts, lupine, mustard, fish, sesame, soy, lactose, sulphite. Risk of possible egg, soy, peanut, nuts, lupine traces
The croissants are packed under a protective atmosphere that gave them a shelf life of 4 month. You can also frozen them.

Comment: These chocolate croissants are excellent. They taste amazingly good and it is hard to believe they are gluten free. We like to lightly toast them. My daughter's school sells the "classic" chocolate croissants and she has been so pleased to be able to eat a chocolate croissant (gluten free for her) that tastes and looks like the ones the other students have. It is a great treat for anyone on a gluten free diet. I guess they can be frozen but ours have never made it that long...
