Customer Rating: Summary: Great product, but use quickly... 2006-08-23 Comment: I really enjoyed this product in my little experiment to find out what truffles taste like. It arrived quickly and well refrigerated. The taste sensation (first on toast points) was great. But I found that the flavor went "off" after just a few days in the fridge, so if I order it again, I will either plan to use it quickly or freeze it between usages instead of just refrigerating it.
I am a complete novice on gourmet foods, my experience with truffle butter may not apply to anyone else...Larry.
