Summary: Horrible! Yuck!! 2008-08-20
Comment: This mix is a total waste of money. First of all, they make the mix sound really low-calorie, but the directions call for heavy cream. The pancakes have a horrible after-taste, and the initial taste is really bad. This is the first time I've ever reviewed a product on Amazon, but I dislike this product so much, I felt like I had to write it. I ate one pancake, and threw the rest out. Even the dog wouldn't eat them.
Don't buy this mix! You'll be sorry.

Comment: This was an excellent alternative to creating my own Soy Batter for low carb pancakes. Delicious, fast, and cheap.
