- Ingredients: Soy protein, cereal fiber, high protein flour, soy lecithin, egg white powder, baking powder (calcium acid phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch), spices, dried onion, parsley, sea salt, low glycemic monosacharide, low glycemic fruit concentrate.

In only 20 minutes you can have a delicious New York Style Pizza with Carb Counter's Pizza Crust mix. It's delicious and so easy to make. Just add an egg, water and oil - mix and press onto a 12" round pizza pan or cookie sheet. Top with any low carb pizza sauce (make sure it has no sugar added) and add your favorite pizza toppings (most are already low carb!) and bake for 18 minutes! Also makes great flatbread, too! Summary: Low Carb Pizza Crust Mix 2008-04-30
Comment: This spreads out in a pan and sticks together pretty good. If you put enough "stuff" and pizza sauce on the top it isn't half bad. Since I put very little pizza sauce it lacks a lot to me. I shall continue to use it and prefect my own "stuff" to make it good.
