Summary: Double Devon Cream 2007-04-10
Comment: This is a thick, slightly but not too, sweet topping for scones, pie, or other dessert such as on bread pudding. I also thin it with a little heavy cream and use it as a sauce for crepes.

Summary: Move Over Butter 2006-05-18
Comment: This particular devon cream is a pretty good substitute; however, if you have ever had real devon or clotted cream straight from the "Devonshire cows", you might notice a difference. I buy this brand of double devon and clotted cream quite often actually. It is so delicious on hot pancakes, french toast and Belgian waffles. For an extra "kick" of flavor, there is also the devon cream with brandy and devon cream with strawberries.

Summary: I just love Double Devon Cream! 2006-05-07
Comment: OK, what is Double Devon Cream? Double Devon Cream Butter is made in Southern England using traditional churning methods, which produces a rich, very lightly salted butter. It is somewhat thinner and more spreadable than clotted cream, and has somewhat less fat.
I just love Double Devon Cream! It is delicious, and goes excellently on all manner of muffins and scones. If you want to really treat yourself, bake up some scones, and eat them right out of the oven, spread with Double Devon Cream. I highly recommend it!
