Summary: Contains sulfites 2008-11-02
Comment: I didn't stop to think that this item would contain sulfites, a preservative that is a carcinogen and also causes allergic reactions and pulmonary distress in individuals sensitive to the chemical. I choose to avoid sulfites and tossed these and found a recipe to make mine fresh. Live and learn.
