Product Description
These whole fenugreek seeds are used in the Middle East in a traditional bitter-herb dip called helba. To make helba, soak the seeds in water overnight until the seed coat becomes soft and jelly-like, then combine in a blender with garlic, fresh cilantro, salt, lemon juice, and, if desired, a small hot green chile. Blend to the consistency of mayonnaise and use as a dip for flatbread.
