Summary: Sicilian Fig Jam - Fattoria 2008-07-09
Comment: I love this fig jam. It has a lot of flavor and some sweet. Many American jams have more sweet than fruit flavor. It is close to eating the actual fruit itself. It has a thick consistency and spreads well on toast, bagels or whatever you care to eat it on. Because of the rich flavor you don't have to pile it on so the jar lasts quite awhile. If you love figs you will probably love this jam. The ingredients are simple and not a lot of chemicals or preservatives.
