Look at them up close, admiring the extraordinary range of shapes and colors, noting how they refract, reflect, or obscure light. This fleur de sel has been smoked in oak casks in which Chardonnay wine was aged for 5 years, lending the salt a beautifully fruity aroma and flavor.

This starter set is very nice. I am really enjoying these salts as each one is quite different. The set came with pamphlet that describes each different salt and what it is good to use it for.
