Summary: Salt is salt, right? NO! 2008-07-21
Comment: You may read this and think "HOW much for salt?" - buy it anyway, and use it lightly, sparingly, where the quality of the ingredients are worth it. Tomatoes you're going to eat by hand? That expensive cut of steak you're going to grill? This salt really does taste different and is worth the price for the - very - occasional use.
