Essentially, this sophisticated method of freezing the product yields a raw foie gras that is as close as fresh as possible, with a great firm texture, little rendered fat and superb quality. Even better, we love how simple it is to prepare a foie gras dish, since this pack contains 4 slices of premium duck foie gras, ready to be cooked. Thaw for 15 minutes and sear for about 2/3 minutes on each side. Imported from France.
