Product Description
Dosa are to South India what crepes are to France. Dosas, however, are made from an airy batter of fermented ground rice and urad dal. This batter is spread out on an iron flat griddle with the back of a ladle instead of letting the batter flow in the pan. The pan is very hot but the surface is cooled with cold water so the batter does not stick and comes off easy.
