Comment: Thank you for selling this product in a smaller size to allow customers to try it for the first time at a reasonable price. The Clear Jel came quickly in the mail and the quality fresh. It makes perfect homemade cashew mayonnaise - just the right consistency. Exactly what I was looking for.
