Produced in a small mountain dairy in France, Jurassic matures for 8 months in rock cellars where the rind is regularly washed. Jurassic Fromi has a tangy, fruity flavor and a smooth paste making it ideal for shredding, slicing, grating, or melting. Made from unpasteurized cows milk. Photo depicts 11 lb. wheel of cheese. We cut and wrap this item by the pound.
