Summary: Perfect for the low carb way of life 2008-08-09
Comment: These are the answer to anyone who wants to avoid carbs but like to dip or enjoy cheeses on a cracker. The carb level is less than 1grm for you somersizers that means you aren't combining your proteins and bad carbs. Hard to find and a little pricey to ship, but worth it.

Summary: These are really, really good & no carbs . . 2007-10-13
Comment: I've tried most of the different flavours and they are ALL good. They are wheat, gluten & sugar free and have no trans fats. Of course, they are low-carb as they are essentially melted until crisp parmesan cheese. YUM!
