Unlike other lemon oils, this olive oil is not flavored, but rater the oil-rich skins of fresh mandarins are pressed together with the ripe olives and allowed to naturally separate and mellow. The result: a fragrant Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality with a light lemon scent and subtle citrus after taste. The mandarin flavor is remarkable absent upon initial tasting allowing you to appreciate the olive oil itself, but then gives a clean and refreshing lemon after taste that is just present enough to be pleasant.
