Using Italian wine as a base for his inspiration, Pesle then adds fine Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to the mix. This dark gelatin condiment is made from wines from the region of Friuli, cultivated in his own vineyards. Finely balanced sweet and sour flavors makes this delicious when served alongside a nicely aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Artfully packaged, it also makes a lovely gift. Imported from Italy.
Ingredients: balsamic vinegar of Modena, grapemust, dealcolized red wine, cane sugar, apple pectin, E150a. Refrigerate after opening.
