Moroccan Mint tea is traditionally made with a blend of green gunpowder tea and fresh mint. Caranda Teas has created their own take on this delicious drink. The base of this tea is Green Bush. It is the unfermented type of Rooibos. It is a delicate, aromatic tea with a hearty herbal taste, a smooth olive tone with aspects of earth reds. The Green Bush is steamed, rolled, and dried to prevent oxidation, allowing this tea to have the highest levels of antioxidants of any tea and is caffeine free. Carandas Moroccan Green also contains Peppermint, Spearmint, Lemon Verbena and Passion. Mint aids in the various processes of digestion and is soothing. Lemon Verbena helps in cases of anxiety, nervous tension, insomnia, indigestion and liver congestion; it can help restore the liver after a hangover!
