Comment: I have a friend who is italian and her cakes are spectacular!
Finally got a recipe using Paneangeli and 1 packet. Sensational.
I will continue to order this forever even if it has to come from Italy by boat!

Comment: This yeast is by far the best you will find if you are making any kind of cakes or desserts.
It already has vanilla flavoring in it, just opening up the little bag spread this delicious aroma throughout the kitchen.
If I am baking a sweet from scratch (which I do a lot) I won't use anything but this.
