Risk of possible egg traces The baguette is packed under a protective atmosphere that have it a shelf life of 6 month. You can also frozen the baguette to eat it later.

Summary: Wonderful baguettes 2007-06-23
Comment: This is a great bread. We like to lightly toast ours. It is a nice change from the "usual" gluten free bread. The French have always been so good at making bread and here again, they have mastered bread making without gluten. It is a great addition to any meal of the day.
