Summary: arrived fresh and ready to eat 2007-07-16
Comment: I was surprised at the freshness of this Greek pita bread. It was a nice change from the local fair, even though we purchase it the same day it is baked. There must be some secret I'm missing. I lightly brushed some olive oil on 2 slices, errr, pitas, popped them in the microwave for a few, and heartily began dipping into the newly arrived Hummus. Great snack, easy to fix, and I will be buying more.
