Product Description
The poblano pepper has a rich flavor that varies from mild to snappy. Fresh poblanos can be found in Mexican markets and in many supermarkets, peak season is summer and early fall. Fresh poblanos are traditionally used to make chiles rellenos. Canned poblanos add a smoky flavor to a skillet meal, simply drain, slice and mix into scrambled eggs, guacamole, or steak with onions and tomatoes during preparation.
