Customer Rating: Summary: The Best 2007-12-20 Comment: Delicate whole seed, delectable goodness. I've tried many mustards in my life and I keep coming back to this one. It's pricey but worth it. Full complex flavor yet not not overpowering. I have served it plain on crackers for hors doeuvres. Makes a nice gift too.

Customer Rating: Summary: This is THE MUSTARD 2007-06-15 Comment: I have been using this mustard for about 20 years. It is smooth, not harsh or hot. Beautiful complex mustard flavor in a simple product. It will enhance all of your cooking. Simply the best whole grain mustard in the world. I have never tasted any better than this. I had to drive to Dean and DeLucca in the wine country to find it the last time, and I live in the Bay Area near San Francisco! I'm happy to see that I can order it on Amazon.
