Summary: Less than 1 star, ZERO STARS 2007-06-09
Comment: It's bad enough that I ordered a gift to go to 210 E. and they changed the address to 110 W. and it never got there, or that 3 of 4 ordered did not reach their destination by Christmas, even though ordered two months earlier; but the one I sent to myself was shocking. Instead of the full tin as pictured, I got a little bag of an individual size serving of the trail mix instead of the section filled as shown. Their warranty says they will replace or refund, which ever you want, but they refused to do either. The remaining sections were also not filled to the brim as promised, but about 1" from the top of the container. It was down right embarrassing. I ordered these for my local fire department and I was so horrified by what was sent that I placed an order with a different company to have something I could be proud of sending. This company NEVER refunded for the items that were never received or for the one I received that was not filled as pictured and described. As a matter of fact, after they verified that the tins were not actually delivered, they would no longer take my calls. When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they actually lied to the company to avoid having to issue a refund or replacement. I purchase a lot on the internet, many thousands of dollars every year. It's rare that I have such a bad experience. I thought I was buying from a reputable company that would stand by their product and their word. This company did neither. I'd say beware of them. Know what you are getting and get it from a company you can trust. In my opinion, This is not that company.
