Comment: I left the feedback couple days ago. Today, I made Creme Brulee that required a vanilla bean. So I opened the package, I realized right away what other reviewers had said "It's plump and moist" even though I have never used vanilla beans! I was so thrilled that I had to leave another review...I know this is the only place that I would get vanilla beans. Thank you so much, JR mushroom for such a fantastic quality and price!!!

Comment: The beans were of great quailty. They arrived promptly, and were moist and pliable (as vanilla beans should be). Have made amazing ice cream and cheesecakes with my beans. I also can't believe how inexpensive these were. I had purchased some at my local supermarket and they weren't even as fresh as these, but had charged me $14 for 2 beans. I highly recommend this product, and would buy it again myself.

Comment: This is my second vanilla bean purchase from RJ Mushrooms. The beans are amazing AND a great value - if you've ever purchased quality beans, you know what I'm talking about. I made my own vanilla extract with these & it is amazing! I'm giving some of my extract as Christmas gifts this year. I'm also interested in trying the Creme Brule recipe which comes free with the purchase!

Comment: The vanilla beans arrived still moist, and plump. They're so much better in appearance than the kinds you can buy at Whole Foods or Wild Oats, which are very dry and shriveled by comparison, not to mention overpriced.
The fragrance is overpowering, and the shipment comes with a nice recipe for creme brulee. Don't throw away your used vanilla pods! Save them to flavor your sugar.
