Our dense dark rye bread is made from scratch with our own home made sourdough starter. To get the seeds soft we soak them in water for one day before we mix them into the dough. Its a healthy and filling alternative to lighter breads.

Comment: I felt somewhst ripped off. I was hoping for a lighter yeasted bread---my
mistake. Also, for some reason, I expected a whole loaf---not just half a loaf.
