Customer Rating: Summary: Incredible 2008-08-28 Comment: This sugar is out of this world. I will always have some on hand from now on. The wonderful maple flavor is so natural and aromatic. I just substitute it for part of regular or brown sugar in any recipe. It is also incredible for "dusting" the tops of pies, scones and cookies. This is a fabulous product, I highly recommend if you love baking or just want to be more conscious about using highest quality ingredients. You might as well buy two pounds straight away, it's that good.

Customer Rating: Summary: Maple sugar 2007-09-20 Comment: I sent this to my daughter because her son has autism and ADHD and cannot tolerate sugar or high fructose corn syrup. She really liked it, and the kids liked it. I only wish it were more readily available and not so expensive. It is a good product, and she doesn't have to use much of it to have a nice sweet taste. She doesn't use it all the time but for a treat it is nice.
