Summary: This IS Pork BBQ! 2008-09-03
Comment: Lived in Memphis and lived FOR Rendezvous BBQ, the absolute pinnacle of Pork BBQ. Nothing else compares and it is wonderful to be able to reproduce it at home!

Summary: not trying to rib you--this is good stuff 2006-07-20
Comment: For the last 15 years or so, I have been using this seasoning on barbecued ribs that I prepare, and it's really good--when I get down to two jars it's time to order more. I ordered it from the Rendezvous restaurant in Memphis--I'm glad to see this is now being sold on Amazon. See also my comments on the Rendezvous barbecue sauce--if you can only get one, get the seasoning.
