Montasio Festivo - Pasteurized goats milk, cultures, rennet, and salt rubbed with ancho chile puree (ancho chiles, e.v. olive oil, and salt.) Mascarpone Torta - Pasteurized cream, acid solution (phosphoric, citric, malic, and tartaric acids), pesto (fresh basil, walnuts, e.v. olive oil, garlic, salt), with layers of caciotta cheese (pasteurized milk, cultures, rennet, salt.)
Product Description
A selection of Paula Lamberts handmade artisanal cheeses from her renowned Mozzarella Company in Dallas. A perfect selection for a flavorful cheese tray. One half pound of each of the following: Blanca Bianca (a soft-textured, mellow raw-milk cheese bathed with white wine as it ages for over 60 days), Montasio Festivo (a firm-textured, assertive, aged goat cheese with has a deep red rind made of a puree of robust ancho chiles) and Mascarpone Torta with Basil Pesto (rich and luscious mascarpone elegantly layered with basil pesto.) Enough cheese to serve 8 to 12 generously.
