Product Description
The large hollow rigatoni is a perfect pasta shape for bold, assertive sauces. The tube allows the pasta to envelop the sauce and it is substantial enough to be a good foil for spicy dishes like sausage and peppers. Creamy sauces like carbonara can work well also; any sauce with little bits of meat or vegetables to get trapped inside the pasta is a good match.
