Roland Kumquats in Heavy Syrup resemble a small orange about the size of a quail's egg with a sweet rind and a tart flesh. They are packed in extra heavy syrup and come from the Far East. They may be used right out of the jar/tin or chilled and even used hot in stuffing or deserts. They also make a wonderful garnish to spicy dishes.
