Roland Silverskin Anchovies have a distinct flavor and are useful as a flavoring ingredient. The anchovies are cleaned and packed in barrels layered with salt and weighted. They are cured in this way for up to 6 months and packed. Flavored with garlic, parsley and packed in olive oil, these anchovies can be used in salads, antipastos, pasta dishes and added to sauces for chicken, veal and fish.
