Product Description
This caviar comes from the Sevruga fish, the small and trim Sturgeon. Sevruga caviar has distinguished smooth, buttery flavor. Its fine grains are of a slate-gray to black color. Semi-preserved caviar is pasteurized to have a longer shelf life than other caviars. Flavor-wise, it is just slightly saltier.
