This SAF instant yeast comes to us directly from the producer and we turn our inventory every 2 to 4 weeks. There's no wholesaler's warehouse and it doesn't sit in a back room for months. This is instant yeast that hydrates very easily. You do not need to dissolve it in a cup of water before adding it to the flour. Pour it directly into the mixing bowl. The moisture in the recipe will hydrate the yeast. Each four gram packet is just right for one-loaf and bread machine recipes. Store yeast in a cool location."
