Summary: Fantastic addition to every meal 2008-01-01
Comment: I love shallots. Sadly, you cannot add them to everything while they're still fresh. Some things just don't work well with fresh shallots. But everything works well with dried shallots. I put some in a black pepper grinder to make a delicious spicy treat. I highly recommend this product for all your spicy needs.
