Product Description
Shredded duck meat slowly and carefully cooked in it's own (delicious) fat, and then pressed and molded into a rectangular terrine form. A very simple, rustic dish that is great as an appetizer, spread over toast, crackers or bread. Try pairing it also with a sweet and fruity chutney, spread or jelly for a sweet and sour contrast or classic cornichons.
